About Company:

Our client is one of the biggest automobile OEM in India.

An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate should have 4-12 years of experience in automotive passenger vehicle industry preferably OEM R&D, they also hould have hands on experience of model development including Styling and Layout feasibility, Specification finalization, 3D/2D fixing using CATIA V5/V6, Part maturation support upto SOP of at-least one FMC model.

Key Competencies:

·      To understand and acknowledge the requirements on interior parts and instruct to ESP

·      To prepare and manage detailed working schedule aligning with model development schedule

·      To manage workload and ensure overall project progress of the INP/Trims section

·      To identify concern and report recovery plan to Management.

·      To prepare and manage budget related to research theme and development related activities."

·      Should be able to leverage his skills related to manufacturability confirmation of Resin parts (Injection, Thermoforming, EPP, etc.)

·      Should have experience of handling technical design team and utilize organizational resources and achieve Goals/Targets.
