An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of proven experience in hunting the new partners alliances in the assigned segment and geography. Qualification should be MBA.
Key Competencies:
- Hunt for new partner alliances in the assigned segment and geography
- Establish partnerships and farm relationships with Large/Mid-market Corporates across sectors including Financial Institutions (NBFC/MFI/ECOM/Logistics) and Government organizations for Direct to Retail Cash Management Solutions, AIoT driven Remote Monitoring Systems (VSaaS) and CDM solutions for company.
- Identifying and negotiating deals with new partners in the assigned segments
- Responsible for end-to-end partnership management for revenue generation (identify, on-boarding, go-live, farming and collections)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track/ analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
- Maintain P & L for the assigned geography.
