About Company:

It is a German manufacturer of concrete Pumps and other equipment for pumping, distributing and placing concrete, mortar and other high-density solids, and for preparing, temporarily storing, processing and transporting these materials. It also provides pumps for a wide range of different materials, for example Slurries, Fly Ash.

An Ideal Candidate:

5+ Years experience in Vendor Management, Payroll management, contract labour management.

Key Competencies:

1. Manage hiring of Leased manpower – PAN India within the stipulated period.
2. Monitoring the attendance / absenteeism of leased manpower, on boarding of leased manpower – PAN INDIA
3. Manage the Payroll of leased manpower PAN India
4. Leased manpower documentation, reporting of data to concerned stake holders on monthly basis.
5. Manage renewal of contracts / agreements of leased manpower PAN India
6. Lease manpower compliance ( Minimum Wages/ ESI/PF/Bonus etc)
7. Verification of invoices of Leasing service providers and submitting to finance.
8. Reviewing the performance of leased manpower vendors and updating the same to Management
