We are looking for SAP HCM-SF for Pune location

Key Competencies:

Analyze, design, develop, test and implement new or changed Human Capital business processes, considering the existing environment and process landscape

Collaborate in implementation project for SuccessFactors EC and its integration and support the business in defining requirements

Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs

Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements

Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions

Support daily operations, ensuring seamless system functionality

Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improvement

Responsible for global team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc.
