About Company:

The company specializes in the research and development of advanced technologies for the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). It is a global organization with multiple manufacturing facilities across India, Europe, and other regions, serving pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies worldwide.

An Ideal Candidate:

Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Consolidation and strong exposure to statutory financial reporting, regulatory compliance, consolidation, and corporate disclosures.

Key Competencies:

1.Handle consolidation of foreign companies, including review of financial information, foreign currency translation, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation adjustments in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

2.Prepare and review Standalone Financial Statements in compliance with applicable Ind AS / Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements.

3.Lead the preparation and finalization of Annual Reports, including financial statements, notes to accounts, management disclosures, and other statutory/regulatory reporting requirements.

4.Prepare and review SEBI-compliant quarterly financial results for listed companies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to stock exchanges.

5.Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Secretarial teams, Finance teams, and other stakeholders during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
