Key Competencies:

Invoice Booking :-

·       AP Process: Direct and Indirect Purchase/Misc booking  & payments - i.e. P O based & Mavrick Bills for all location.

·       Non-PO Invoices are booked in SAP as per Maverick‑approved invoices, such as miscellaneous materials and travel expenses..

·       To ensure proper documentation.

Payments:-

·       Statutory Liability Tracking and Payment on Real Time - Statutory Payment

·       To make test report records & proper filing.

·       Income Tax & All Statutory payments.

·       Direct Tax - TDS & TCS, Advance Tax.

·       Employee Liabilities - PF, Professional Tax, ESIC, LIC, NPS, MLWF.

·       Various Types of License Renewal and Payment in Time.

·       Vendor Payments

·       Employee Reimbursement:--

·       Employee Advance,travel booking,

·       Credit card bookings

·       Payments.

Balance Confirmation -

·       Once in a year to get balance confirmation from vendor
