Academic Qualification / Job Qualification: |
|
1. Diploma in EEE/ECE/E & I/Mech with more than 5 years experience |
|
2. Bachelor of Engineering with 7 years experience |
|
Skills / competence required to perform the Job: |
|
1. Hard Working and Flexible. |
|
2. Knowledge in Electrical and Pneumatic trouble shooting. |
|
3. Having good analysis skill for solving the problem. |
|
4. Knowledge of 8D, 4M, CAPA, Six Sigma problem Solving methodology. |
|
5. Knowledge in measurements and instrumentation. |
Key Competencies:
|
1. Responsible of Downtime reduction. |
|
2. Co-ordinate with CFT for Process yield improvement. |
|
3. CAPA needs to be provided for major downtime and process related issues. |
|
4. Productivity improvement. |
|
5. Support for Product change over |
|
6. Plan and execute all levels of routine maintenance on production equipment |
|
7. Make sure the communication between the shifts by conducting meeting on end of the shift. |
|
8. Trouble-shoot and repair production equipment to root cause. Fix the root cause. |
|
9. Spare part control |
|
10. OEE monitoring and improvement |
|
11. Continuous Improvement activities / Kaizens. |
|
12. Machine Programming and optimization |
|
13. NPI support and execution’s |
|
14. Machine 5S and safety |
|
15. Verbal / written Communication to all the shift |
|
16. Co-coordinating with technician and with next level |
|
17. Scrap control |
|
18. Daily and Weekly and monthly report preparation |
|
19. Develop and manage spare parts inventory control processes for new/existing equipment. |
|
20.Develop and mentor current team members to support 2nd/split shift maintenance activity. |
