Experience: 3-8 Years in Wind project 33KV 220KV, Transmission line

Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Civil

Ready to travel and relocate any where

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and inspect electrical installation activities at solar/renewable energy project sites.

Ensure electrical works are executed as per approved drawings

Best candidate background: Electrical Engineer with 38 years of experience in Solar PV / Renewable Energy / Power Projects, specifically in QA/QC or Field Quality, specifications, QAP and ITP.

Conduct quality inspections for:

HT/LT cable laying & termination

Transformer installation

HT/LT panels and switchgear

Inverter/PCS installation

SCADA and communication systems

Earthing and lightning protection

Cable trays, conduits and electrical equipment

Module/string cabling and junction boxes

Verify electrical material quality, test certificates and approved makes.

Witness and review electrical testing such as IR, continuity, earth resistance, HV/Hi-Pot and cable testing.

Check installation against SLD, electrical drawings and approved specifications.

Raise and monitor NCRs, observations and punch points and ensure timely closure.

Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors and site execution teams for quality compliance.

Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test reports and quality documentation.

Support internal/customer audits and ensure compliance with applicable IS/IEC standards.

Ensure electrical work meets safety and statutory requirements.
