An Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in Agri-input sales and marketing

Preferably degree or diploma in Agriculture

Good understanding of farmer and FPC engagement

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Competencies:

In Agri-input sales (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection, or bio-products), with a proven track record of driving rural marketing campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), farmer cooperatives, and progressive farmers to promote large-scale product adoption.

Persuasive communication, strong negotiation skills, and a tech-savvy approach to facilitate the transition to digital agriculture solutions
