Knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas

Good communication skills in English and Kannada

Qualification: Any Graduate (minimum qualification required)

Minimum 2+ years of experience in data entry and system handling/operations

Key Competencies:

Allocate watches to technicians

Enter ready watches for running test processing

Update running test (RT) watch entries before handover and status change

Pick spare parts from the main service center inventory stock

*Pick spare parts for HK shipments

*Print barcode labels for spare parts

Allocate spare parts to inventory bin stock

Update PO details in the booked watches service order copy
