An Ideal Candidate:

An Ideal candidate should have CA with 19– 25 years of experience form manufacturing company in Finance, CAPM, financial modeling , Treasury, cash flow management, Financial & legal, FP&A etc.

Key Competencies:

1. Capital structure and allocation as direction.
2. Financial viability checks & valuation modeling including vetting of new projects across geographies,
3. CAPM, financial modeling (markets & assets) & capital efficiency (returns) monitoring,
4. Financial & legal (oversight) due diligence in all major transactions including the management of transaction advisors,
5. High-level liaisoning with ministries and industrial boards for all incentives, subsidies, drawbacks and tax benefits policies of the GoI and availing those wherever applicable,
6. Cash-flow management, including all cash performance ratios.
7. Treasury & banking relationships,
8. Working-capital optimization including WACC,
9. Debt and credit-rating relationships,
