An Ideal Candidate:

Continuous Improvement: Apply lean manufacturing methods (like 5S or Kaizen) to reduce waste, minimize downtime, and solve day-to-day operational bottlenecks.

 Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output efficiency and report metrics to management

Experience – 2+ Years

Key Competencies:

Operations Oversight: Manage daily production schedules, line setups, and output goals to ensure timely delivery.

 Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule floor personnel and line leads. Provide performance feedback and promote a safe workplace culture

 Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting incident investigations when necessary. Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
