Corporate Social Responsibility at Adecco: Creating Opportunities for a Better Future
At Adecco, corporate social responsibility isn’t a side initiative - it’s at the heart of everything we do. We believe that work has the power to transform lives, and we are committed to making the future accessible to everyone - especially those who need it most.
Jobs for Ukraine - Real Help for Real People
In response to the war in Ukraine, the Adecco Group launched Jobs for Ukraine, a free online job search platform created specifically for people displaced by the conflict. Our mission: to bridge the gap between those in need of work and companies willing to offer opportunities - efficiently, respectfully, and compassionately.
Early impact:
- Over 1,650 companies joined the platform.
- More than 5,500 Ukrainian refugees registered.
- Over 2,500 people successfully found employment via the platform. (As of 2022)
But this was just the beginning. The Adecco Group has made bold long-term commitments.
A Global Commitment:
- 2025 végéig: legalább 50 000 menekült számára segítünk munkalehetőséget találni, és 10 000 főt képzünk vagy átképzünk.
- By the end of 2025, we aim to support 50,000 refugees in finding jobs and to train at least 10,000 individuals.
- By 2027, we’ve committed to integrating 85,000 refugees into the workforce and providing training to 17,000 people globally. (Updated 2024 targets)
To bridge the gap between job seekers’ current skills and labor market needs, we offer customized training through Adecco Academy, focusing on digital, business, language, and soft skills. Key partners include General Assembly, Adecco Training, and LHH.
Together, We Make a Greater Impact
As Alain Dehaze, former CEO of the Adecco Group, said:
“Every day we work hard to make a better future accessible to everyone. I invite business leaders to join our initiative — together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of people.”
