Visitor Service Ambassadors (客戶服務大使)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support daily operations including managing service desk, ticketing admission checks, locker room, galleries and general membership facilities.
· Deliver an engaging visitor experience to all exhibition visitors to the highest possible standard, ensuring a warm welcome and providing assistance and information as and when necessary.
· Handle enquiries and provide visitors with general information about M Plus and events at M Plus.
· Follow up on visitor feedback promptly and be an agent to communicate within M Plus for service enhancement.
· Support artifacts protection and ensuring visitors are following the M Plus Visiting Rules.
· Work closely with relevant parties to ensure excellent visitor experience, including safety and cleanliness, is delivered at all times.
· Support crowd management and control in large scale events.
· Assist Zone in Charge in execution of emergency response protocols covering a wide spectrum of incidents that could possibly be happening in the museum environment.
· Perform other ad hoc duties as and when reasonably direct by supervisor.
· 5-days work week (every Monday is fixed rest day)
· Working Hours: 0915 to 1815 (except Fridays & Sundays),
0915 to 1815 / 1315 to 2215 on Fridays
0815 to 1815 / 0915 to 1815 on Sundays
· Entitled to bank holidays
· Entitled to 10 days of Annual Leave
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Proficient in conversational English & Mandarin
· Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage
· Art enthusiastic & independent in searching about art knowledge
· Good communication skills
