Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ sales experience in building materials, wallpaper, flooring, or interior products
- Experience in hospitality interior products, carpet tiles / hard flooring (SPC), strong networks with international hotels/interior design firms
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Strong commercial sense, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently
- Positive, energetic team player with strong relationship‑building skills
- Capable to manage and work directly with the stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing key accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue relevant sales opportunities through strong market insight
- Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to management
- Achieve or exceed sales targets with a consultative, customer‑focused approach
- Build long‑term partnerships with clients, designers, and industry stakeholders
