Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ sales experience in building materials, wallpaper, flooring, or interior products
  • Experience in hospitality interior products, carpet tiles / hard flooring (SPC), strong networks with international hotels/interior design firms
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong commercial sense, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently
  • Positive, energetic team player with strong relationship‑building skills
  • Capable to manage and work directly with the stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing key accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Identify and pursue relevant sales opportunities through strong market insight
  • Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to management
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets with a consultative, customer‑focused approach
  • Build long‑term partnerships with clients, designers, and industry stakeholders
