Project Manager - Cloud & AI Transformation

Our client, a leading global SI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Cloud and AI transformation projects for enterprise clients in Hong Kong.

You require strong project governance, delivery discipline, and the ability to coordinate complex professional services engagements across cloud migration, platform modernization, AI, and GenAI initiatives. You will work within a structured project delivery framework and collaborate closely with Account Managers, Business Development Executives, Solution Architects, and Technical Consultants to translate business and technical requirements into clear execution plans. The role requires active ownership of scope, timelines, milestones, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across the project lifecycle. You will also support presales, continuous improvement, and the use of delivery tools and methodologies across Azure, AWS, Tencent Cloud, and related project environments.

•       Highly structured, organized, disciplined, and delivery-focused approach to project management.

•       Solid understanding of cloud project delivery, including Azure, AWS, and Tencent Cloud.

•       Experience with IT, Cloud, and AI solution delivery, including exposure to AI, data, or GenAI initiatives.

•       Hands-on experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, CRM tools, or similar delivery platforms.

•       Strong business acumen, including the ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and track financial performance.

•       Experience in mentoring, coaching, KPI-driven performance management, and process optimization.

•       Own day-to-day execution of Cloud and AI transformation projects, ensuring delivery remains aligned with scope, timelines, milestones, budget, and quality standards.

•       Build and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and action trackers to support disciplined project execution.

•       Coordinate cloud migration, platform modernization, and AI or GenAI initiatives across infrastructure, data, security, and AI workstreams.

•       Work directly with solution architects, cloud engineers, data teams, and AI teams to resolve delivery issues and remove project blockers.

•       Manage client, vendor, and partner communication through meetings, status reviews, follow-ups, and concise reporting.

•       Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, effort, burn-rate, and cost variances to support financially healthy delivery.

•       Support presales and scoping activities by providing practical input on timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations.

•       Contribute lessons learned, PMO templates, and delivery playbooks to support continuous improvement.
