Passenger Service Officer

Our client is a leading international aviation services provider operating within the airport environment. They are currently seeking Passenger Services Officers / Airline Ground Crew to support day-to-day passenger operations.

In this role, you will be working full time, stationed at the airport and work on a shift basis, handling key functions including check-in, boarding, arrivals, transit, and baggage hall operations for partner airlines.

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above (or equivalent qualifications)
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Willing to work on shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow operational procedures accurately
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Airline Ground Crew positions

Key Responsibilities

• Work on-site at the airport and perform shift duties to support passenger service operations across the terminal
• Provide professional customer service at check-in counters for partner airlines
• Assist passengers at information desks with enquiries on flight schedules, boarding gates, and travel procedures
• Support arrival, transit, and baggage hall operations by guiding passengers and resolving service issues
• Manage boarding gate operations, including document verification, boarding announcements, and passenger flow coordination
• Facilitate departure processes to ensure secure, punctual, and efficient operations
• Support processes to maintain safe and smooth handling of inbound flights or at the lost & found sector
