Our client is hiring In-store Senior Field Merchandiser / Field Merchandiser – FMCG.

Requirements:

• Previous FMCG retail, or field merchandising experience; candidates with drug store, fast-paced Convenience Store (CVS) or supermarket background have a distinct advantage.
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tracking applications, mobile tablets, and software on the shop floor.
• High energy and physical agility, with the ability to execute merchandising tasks rapidly and accurately in busy store environments.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure strict adherence to brand planograms, pricing tags, and compliance metrics.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to exceed expectations and negotiation skills to secure better display positions for the brands.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily store visits across assigned KA (Mannings, Wellcome, Watsons, Parknshop), or Open Trade routes, maintaining strict adherence to the efficient workflow schedule.
• Perform comprehensive daily tasks including photo-taking, price tracking, competitors and promotion monitoring, display tracking, and immediate stocks and shelf replenishment, for all involved categories.
• Utilize the digital system to perform immediate Planogram (POG) and POSM fixes.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with key performance metrics, specifically focusing on SKU Availability, Shelf Compliance, Display Quantity & Planogram Compliance.
• Proactively identify, negotiate and secure "off-location" visibility and extra display opportunities to drive visibility and offtake.
