Finance Manager

Our client is a reputable family office with a diverse portfolio spanning financial investments, international real estate, retail businesses and many more. They are seeking a capable and driven finance professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Financial Controller and support overall finance operations

• Partner with overseas project teams on core financial activities such as cash flow management, budgeting, cost monitoring, and preparation of management reports

• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support senior management in strategic decision-making

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure operational integrity

• Oversee statutory accounting, audit coordination, and tax compliance for local entities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent

• Big 4 or 2nd tier firm training

• 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

• Proven experience handling / coordinating accounting and finance operations across overseas markets

• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

• Commercially astute with strong communication and presentation capabilities

• Willingness to travel when required

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
