Business Architect (Global Tech | Telecom Operation Business Models | Networking | 5-8m Bonus)

Responsibilities 

• Demonstrates a strong command of end-to-end telecom operations and maintenance, including frameworks such as ITIL and eTOM.
• Proven experience delivering consulting engagements, with a consistent record of strong client outcomes and satisfaction.
• Capable of leading complex solution sales using a consultative method; able to design an engagement approach tailored to the customer.
• Deep understanding of operator operations and network context, including familiarity with both fixed and wireless domains, as well as the transport and service layers.
• Identifies and shapes opportunities to expand and advance mature consulting services offerings.
• Can evaluate financial models, business cases, and ROI; able to determine which opportunities are viable and propose strategies to drive deal closure.
• Uses up-to-date operator/industry insights to deliver strategic market and customer perspectives, including knowledge of telecom operator business models, organizational design, decision-making processes, and end-to-end process flow.
• Maintains strong awareness of the competitive landscape and develops strategies to strengthen market positioning.
• Leverages established relationships at C-level leadership within operator organizations, with influence across multiple stakeholders.
• Mobile operator sales and business intelligence experience is considered a significant advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of telecom industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and professional ethics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation ability and fluency in English.
• Preferred telecom background with familiarity across IT areas such as OSS/BSS/SDP, VAS services, and consulting delivery.
• Self-directed and proactive, with a confident and assertive working style.
• Proven leadership capability and experience building stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to structure and solve problems using hypothesis-driven approaches.
