Admin Officer - E-Commerce (Japanese Speaking)
Our client is a leading Japanese entertainment and toys company
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or sales administration
• Excellent cross-border communication skills with proven ability to act as the main point of contact with Japan Headquarters
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce processes (order management, logistics, fulfillment)
• Experienced in coordinating with third-party vendors (quotations, inquiries, and operational follow-ups)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP)
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 of JLPT or above is a must), English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administration, ensuring accuracy of product data, efficient order processing workflows, and proper shipping rules
• Maintain consistent and accurate operations across multiple APAC markets (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines) on various platforms
• Prepare and update sales reports for internal review
• Monitor order processing, shipment flow, cancellations, and operational irregularities
• Serve as the key liaison between Japan Headquarters, external vendors, and local teams
• Drive effective collaboration across internal departments to support business goals and seamless execution
