【Candidate Profile】

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or startup environments
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth settings with strong ownership
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate independently
• Strong stakeholder management skills with global exposure
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

【Responsibilities】

• Report to Director of Strategy and Opetaion based in New York
• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions, from sourcing to offer closing
• Partner with global founders and leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Build and optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Support People Operations and office management in Taiwan (~20%)
• Act as a key bridge between Taiwan and global teams
