【Candidate Profile】

● 1+ years of working experience. Familiarity with the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry operation or 2+ years of sales experience will be a plus.

● Data analysis skills and must be good at Google-Sheet. SQL skill is a plus,not mandatory .

● Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and technical environment.

● Solid communication and interpersonal skills

● Customer service focus

● Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

● Basic administration skills

【Responsibilities】

● Supporting the TW Grocery and Retail AM team to collect data via internal tools, and running data analysis for the AM team to drive business or better negotiation with customers. c

● Support key customers’ operations and day-to-day work, including menu adjustment, promotions setup, and responding to and solving their operating problems.

● Work with internal stakeholders (Internal Sales, Support teams, AM, etc.) to ensure partners have everything they need to successfully resell.
