UberEats: Expansion AM Assistant

【Client Description】

Uber Eats is our new food delivery platform that makes getting great food from your favorite local restaurants as easy as requesting a ride.

【Candidate Profile】

• 1+ years of working experience. Familiarity with the OFD, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry operation will be a plus.
• Data analysis skills and must be good at Excel. SQL skill is a plus,not mandatory .
• Well understand AI tool & execution.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with basic Sales skills, able to connect with merchants by phone.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and technical environment.

【Responsibilities】

• Supporting the Strategic AM team to collect data via internal tools, and running data analysis for the AM team to drive business or better negotiation with customers.
• Support key customers’ operations and day-to-day work, including menu adjustment, promotions setup, and responding to and solving their operating problems. 
• Work with internal stakeholders (Internal Sales, Support teams, AM, etc.) to ensure partners have everything they need to successfully resell.
