  • Bachelors in business, economics or other related quantitative field
  • Fluent in English reading and writing. Good communication capability as well as relevant local language skills to drive the team and drive change. 
  • Over 5 years key account management, sales manager experience
  • Successful commercial change management experience
  • Understanding of COUNTRY/ CLUSTER Healthcare Market Environment preferred

1.      Search the bidding info on website of the Government e-Procurement System

2.      Collaborate with KA & VR specialist to manage pre and post contracts administrative matters (bidding document review, Key stakeholder management…etc)

3.      Support team to participate in the open tender, price bidding at hospitals

4.      Liaise and negotiate with clients, procurement agent and potential parties

5.      Facilitate sales team to establish strong and effective business relationships with all procures and key decision makers within the assigned accounts by demonstrating the appropriate rapport building and effective tender planning and execution.

Coach sales team for tender management competency build up. Provide consultancy and field accompany to sales team to ensure tender success.
