我們正在尋找一位具備深厚技術敏銳度與卓越跨團隊協作能力的 Technical Program Manager，負責推動創新技術探索與早期 POC（Proof of Concept），以打造下一世代平台的長期差異化。本職務將與內外部工程團隊（含 IHV 晶片供應商）密切合作，推進影響公司產品方向的關鍵技術專案

【Responsibilities】

Onsite Service team :

Commercial Architecture & Solutions Team

1. Innovation Program Management

• Independently drive and track complex innovation programs and early-stage POCs.
• Focus on performance, power, and thermal (PPT) feature exploration for N+2 and future platform generations.

2. Strategic IHV & Partner Collaboration

• Serve as the primary technical interface to silicon vendors (IHVs).
• Align priorities, roadmap, and technical directions across companies to ensure successful program execution.

3. Cross-Functional Synthesis

• Partner with Performance Architects to convert high-level technical requirements into clear engineering plans across HW, FW, and SW teams.
• Bridge cross-functional perspectives and align execution objectives.

4. Technical Decision Support

• Facilitate trade-off analyses such as performance vs. battery life.
• Consolidate technical data into structured and insightful summaries for executive-level decision-making.

5. Risk Management & Execution Rigor

• Proactively identify risks and dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure operational rigor through milestone management, issue tracking, and team synchronization.

6. Global Collaboration

• Work closely with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Support regular early-morning or late-evening sync meetings to ensure smooth cross-regional collaboration.

【Candidate Profile】

1. Experience

• 8+ years in TPM or platform development roles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.

2. Communication

• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.

3. Technical Expertise

• Solid understanding of computer architecture and system-level design.
• Knowledge of performance, power, and thermal interactions in modern computing platforms.

4. Relationship & Influence

• Proven ability to build trust-based partnerships with external vendors and influence without authority.

5. Problem-Solving & Execution

• Strong analytical and programmatic problem-solving abilities, especially under conflicting priorities or constraints.

6. Mindset

• Growth mindset, adaptability, and passion for learning in a rapidly evolving technical environment.
