【Requirements】

  • 10+ years of progressive sales management experience, with proven success in P&L and people leadership.
  • Strong track record in spirits or FMCG industry, with deep knowledge of the Taiwan market.
  • Multi-channel expertise, including Key Account management, On-Trade, and Wholesale.
  • Experience in sales operations, planning, and analytics is a plus.
  • Strategic, result-driven, and able to operate effectively at both execution and leadership levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English.


【Responsibilities】

  • Build and lead the Taiwan Sales organization across On-Premise, Off-Premise (Key Accounts), and Wholesale channels.
  • Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term sales and RTM strategies to achieve volume, value, and market share targets.
  • Manage pricing, trade terms, product mix, and sales forecasts to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and the General Manager on portfolio strategy, budgets, and business planning.
  • Drive new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and represent the company with key trade partners.
  • Lead talent acquisition, training, and succession planning to develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
