[Candidate Profile]
- Experience of 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, specifically in Marketing Premiums (FMCG) or Gifts sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills, cost analysis, and project management capabilities.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to propose creative ideas; excellent communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Language: Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
[Responsibilities]
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead the sourcing strategy for Marketing Premiums,and other indirect categories. Ensure purchases balance reasonable cost with quality, reliability, and urgency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, HR) to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions that support company activities and campaigns.
- Supplier Development & Innovation: Actively scout and interview new vendors. Develop qualified suppliers to inject new ideas and innovation into the company’s offerings.
- Logistics Coordination: Act as the bridge between internal users and the Distribution Division to define product specifications and ensure optimal delivery schedules.
- Process Optimization: Regularly review and analyze procurement processes and systems. Identify gaps and implement improvements to maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency.
