[Client Description]

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations in Taiwan, with a strong focus on high-volume inbound logistics (80% import ratio) and regional export distribution. This role is responsible for managing 3PL partners, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining customs compliance for health supplements/FMCG, and collaborating with the US Corporate Head on global logistics strategies.

[Candidate Profile]

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MSc from an English-speaking country is a plus).
• Experience: * Minimum 8-10 years of experience in logistics/warehouse management, preferably within FMCG, Healthcare, or Direct Selling industries.
• Proven track record in managing 3PL providers and complex import/export operations.

[Responsibilities]

• Directly manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure 99%+ order fulfillment accuracy.
• Lead and audit 3PL service providers through rigorous KPI management and regular site inspections to ensure operational excellence and safety.
• Oversee complex inbound logistics for imported goods (representing 80% of total inventory), ensuring timely clearance and cost-effective freight forwarding.
• Manage export logistics and documentation for regional markets including overseas.
• Implement robust inventory control measures, including cycle counts and year-end audits, to minimize shrinkage.
• Enforce strict shelf-life management (FEFO) and quality standards for health supplements and personal care products.
