Our company covers industry, machine and apparatus engineering, plant maintenance, windmill, construction, supply companies and the retail trade - and it is constantly expanding.

【Candidate Profile】

At least 3 years work experience, ideally in purchasing roles or sourcing activities.

Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must, Germany is a plus.

【Responsibilities】

1.Serve headquarter with inquiry and quotation

2.Serve RAP Shanghai office inquiry and quotation

3.Price comparison and place order to local suppliers 

4.Delivery observation and logistic coordination 

5.Commercial issues handling

7. Other specific tasks defined by the manager.

Other:

Price comparison and supplier decision considering defined factors.

Price negotiations with suppliers.

Together with existed Taiwan suppliers to develop new products

Sourcing for new suppliers in Taiwan for related projects

Delivery time observation, updating the delivery time information into SAP. 

Communication with partner to make sure goods on board in time. 

Data maintenance of overview files.

Support of activities for expanding volume with existing suppliers.
