[Responsibilities]
- Provide advice to business leaders / Sr. Executives on how the work force supports the business strategy.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic talent planning and development.
- Translate business demands and needs into HR people strategy and ensure consistency with organization standards.
- Coach employees and managers as they navigate employee relations process and provide guidance, coaching, and/or training through the employee relations experience.
- Roll out programs designed in partnership with CoE
