[Candidate Profile]

  • Proven track record in organizational transformation, strategic planning, and managing a service or operations team.
  • Strong financial literacy with a solid grasp of financial statements and P&L concepts.
  • Open to various industry backgrounds (both B2C and B2B), but must possess a strong "ToC mindset" and consumer market sensitivity.

[Responsibilities]

  • Lead the cultural and digital transformation of the CS department, driving the team toward a performance and service-oriented mindset.
  • Manage the department with full P&L accountability, shifting the operation toward a profit-driven model and self-sufficiency.
  • Strategically connect high-quality service delivery with post-sales revenue generation using a gradual, step-by-step approach.
  • Maintain frequent and effective communication with the APAC and HQ to align local operations with global strategies.
  • Direct and oversee the daily operations of the after-sales service team, comprising 30+ members, ensuring optimal service execution, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
