【Requirements】

◇ 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or project-based roles  

◇ Experience in tendering, bidding, or project execution environments is highly preferred  

◇ Experience in infrastructure, energy, industrial, EPC, or related project environments  

◇ Strong commercial acumen, including supplier negotiation and contract management  

◇ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Chinese & English)

【Nice to have】

◇ Background from multinational companies such as ABB, Siemens, Eaton, Mitsubishi Electric

【About the Role】

We are supporting a global leader in energy management and automation to hire a Senior Project Procurement professional to support large-scale infrastructure and semiconductor-related projects in Taiwan.

This role goes beyond traditional procurement — you will be responsible for managing project-based sourcing, working closely with internal stakeholders and external subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

【Key Responsibilities】

◆ Manage sourcing and purchasing Tender and Project Execution activities for both Intra group and Outside group procurement.

◆ Define and deploy supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

◆ Oversee the complete procurement process from identifying business opportunities to sourcing from internal and external vendors, all the way through to execution.

◆ Manage Supplier selection process for a specific project by analyzing continuously stakes, risks/opportunities and the constraints related to each project

◆ Identify and implement cost savings and avoidance opportunities without impacting service levels.

◆ Assess risks on the supply chain and transfer/mitigate it as early as possible through audit, contractual clauses, supplier development plan.

◆ Negotiate Terms & Conditions (T&C) with suppliers securing "back to back" and "If & When" conditions versus SE customer conditions. Contractual with suppliers, managing potential claims with suppliers.

◆ Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services with the best parameters of cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.
