【Client Description】

【Candidate Profile】

• System/Workflow Logic: Demonstrated basic understanding of data relationships, and linear business workflows (e.g., how data moves from an order to a shipment to an invoice).
• ERP/Database Familiarity: Basic exposure to or conceptual understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Technical Acumen: The ability to learn new software applications quickly.

【Responsibilities】

ERP System Operation & Data Management:

• Operate and execute daily transactions within the ERP system.
• Process data related to product master data.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of master data across systems.
• Generate reports and track system statuses to ensure workflow completeness and data consistency.
• Collaborate with IT or system support teams to troubleshoot basic data entry or system interface issues.

Sample Shipping & Logistics:

• Manage the end-to-end documentation and logistics for all sample shipments.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling and booking with common carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, local carriers).
• Prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including labels, packing lists.
• Track and trace outgoing samples and communicate delivery status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure all shipments comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
