To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in ideating and implementing 0 to 1 strategies with an early stage / growth stage startup/ entrepreneurial mindset, and an innate joy to celebrate and learn from failures.
· Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other-related disciplines
· Minimum 3 years of experience in media channel planning and social media operations working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
· Proficiency with digital marketing and social media management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
· Passion for Digital, Data and Analytics. Understanding of Asia Pacific markets. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with an ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business recommendations backed by structured problem-solving skills and analytical rigor
· Capability to communicate, collaborate and drive adoption and change across a range of local, regional, and global functions, with the empathy and sensitivity for cultural differences and can rally teams to action and outcomes
· Strong project and agency management skills, with intellectual curiosity and the ability to create a vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures and a get things done attitude

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Associate Specialist to support our day-to-day operation of digital activation campaign including consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) engagements across Asia-Pacific markets. This role combines social media management, omnichannel campaign operation, and data-driven campaign analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background working on the agency side and possess a strong understanding of media planning and data analytics, along with operational excellence collaborating across multiple teams. The candidate is based in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities:
· Social Media Management
o Manage daily company owned social media activities including planning, scheduling, publishing, monitoring interactions, and community management of various platforms across APAC markets
o Plan and develop social media content and campaigns
· Media Planning and Deployment
o Assist in the planning and execution of digital activation including consumer and HCP engagement
o Stay up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
· Performance Measurement and Analysis
o Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign success.
o Conduct performance reviews and provide data-backed actionable insights
· Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
o Work closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Legal and Medical to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
o Manage external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign execution
o Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements and related policies
