【Responsibilities】
- Drive the definition of commercial Chromebook through R&D and solution teams.
- Knowledge of Chrome OS and Chrome OS eco-system,
- Manage product roadmap, feature, schedule, cost and quality in NPI or staining stage.
- Be the focal point between GBU and markets. Communicate GBU portfolio/product/execution strategy. Bring market information and demand back.
- Develop and maintain proactive growth/mitigation plans on key organizational and platform initiatives
- Provide closed-loop post-analysis of product performance, market, and competitor status.
- Aid the sales efforts to end users and partners.
- Create, maintain, or lead the discussion with cross-functional teams for new process and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate agility and ability to lean in for the team and pivot to changing or new business priorities with enthusiasm and commitment.
【Candidate Profile】
Required Education & Experience
- Experience driving full product lifecycle (from idea, launch, sustaining, and end of life) with deep knowledge of marketing elements (product, pricing, promotion, and positioning).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix and cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- BA or BS in marketing, business, or technology field; post-graduate degree preferred.
- 4~6+ years of product marketing, program management or operational experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of product lifecycle planning, development and GTM processes, and the interdependent steps required to drive change.
- Great written/oral/visual communications and analytical skills with ability to interact with all GBU, regional stakeholders.
- Good in storytelling and turning complex data and concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals. Expertise in PowerPoint and design a plus.
- Ability to distil complex concepts into summarized points for management consumption, direction, or decision-making.
- Lead with ambition and ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
