Job Summary

The Billing Team Leader is responsible for managing the Billing Operations team, ensuring accurate and timely invoices, maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards, and supporting financial reporting. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to oversee daily billing activities and drive optimal performance of internal & external billing (TAT, data quality, fulfillment, credit control) through the service cycle of engine overhaul services and in line with milestone billing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

l Lead and supervise the billing team, providing guidance, training, and performance management - Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices to customers

l Collaborate with customer team (CPMs, COMs) to streamline billing processes

l Resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a professional manner - Monitor key billing metrics and maintain standard management cadence

l Support month-end and year-end Finance closing activities related to billing, accounts receivable and cost estimate - Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging and ship-holds for appropriate credit controls

Identify process or system improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Team's capabilities growth and professional development. Promotes a culture of coaching/ learning, collaboration and encouraging career growth
