【Client Description】

The company focuses on industrial equipment, components, and hardware-related consumables, supplying clients in technology, electronics, wind energy, pumps, and other industrial sectors.

【Candidate Profile】

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial components, hardware, screws/fasteners, or mechanical equipment.
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Able to conduct English presentations and business review reports.
  • Strong account management, customer development, and cross-functional coordination skills.

【Responsibilities】

  • Lead a sales team and support expansion (including hiring a new KA role).
  • Manage domestic B2B sales activities related to hardware, fasteners, screws, and industrial consumables.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts, coordinate with outsourced manufacturing partners, and consolidate production requirements.
  • Conduct monthly business review meetings and deliver English presentations (PPT).
  • Drive sales planning, forecasting, and execution for assigned product lines and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in Taiwan and group functions overseas.
  • Work flexibly with partial remote arrangements as permitted.
