【Candidate Profile】
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial components, hardware, screws/fasteners, or mechanical equipment.
- Team leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Able to conduct English presentations and business review reports.
- Strong account management, customer development, and cross-functional coordination skills.
【Responsibilities】
- Lead a sales team and support expansion (including hiring a new KA role).
- Manage domestic B2B sales activities related to hardware, fasteners, screws, and industrial consumables.
- Maintain and grow key accounts, coordinate with outsourced manufacturing partners, and consolidate production requirements.
- Conduct monthly business review meetings and deliver English presentations (PPT).
- Drive sales planning, forecasting, and execution for assigned product lines and customer segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams in Taiwan and group functions overseas.
- Work flexibly with partial remote arrangements as permitted.
