Client Description

2018年創立於新加坡,是一間專營食品、飲料、酒類的廣告行銷公司,為來自世界各地包含歐洲、美洲、南美洲、大洋洲和日本的客戶提供全方面的行銷整合服務。在新加坡、台灣、越南、泰國皆設有辦公室,為客戶於亞洲和東南亞(泰國 印尼 馬來 印度)進行實體和線上行銷活動。主要活動項目包含實體講座、會展策劃、賣場宣傳、媒體關係經營以及線上廣告投放、社群媒體內容創作和管理。

【Requirement】

_Bachelor’s degree

_3-5 year’s experience in accounting or office admin function

_Fluent in English.

_Exude a can-do attitude and possess a strong dedication to providing quality service to management.

_Must possess the highest level of personal integrity.

【Responsibility】

1. Payments & Banking

- Check payment requests and prepare payments via the E-banking portal for CEO approval.

- Check bank accounts, download bank advice and TT (telegraphic transfer) details for client payments.

- Handle currency exchange execution and serve as the main contact with the bank.

- Manage bank beneficiaries and suppliers on E-banking.

- Tax & Financial Reports

 

2. Issue GUI invoices.

- Prepare and submit tax reports (GUI, CIT) and 2NHI reports.

- Fulfill and submit tax returns.

- Insurance & Compliance

 

3. Process insurance payments and upload supporting documents for internal records.

- Financial Administration

 

4. File and send documents to the bookkeeper.

- Track and process office-related payments (e.g., 104 punch system, telecom bills).

- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the CEO and Finance Manager.

- Administrative Responsibilities

 

5. Handle the onboarding process for new employees.

- Manage insurance reports, payroll calculations, and regulation updates.

 

6. Office & Inventory Management

- Update and track office inventory.

- Oversee office rental documentation filing.

- Manage office administration, equipment purchasing, and tracking.

 

7. Documentation & Compliance

- File and manage contracts and quotations.
