【Candidate Profile】

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, controller, accounting, or audit.
• Hands on experience managing external audits and complex financial close issues.
• Excellent command of English, with fluency in written and verbal communication.

【Responsibilities】

Financial Controller & Reporting

• Own and safeguard the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies, local statutory requirements, and relevant tax regulations.

• Continuously enhance internal controls, closing discipline, and financial governance.

Oversight of FP&A Outputs

• Critically assess assumptions, methodologies, consistency with actual results, and key risks.

• Prepare preliminary analysis, insights, and recommended actions for management review.

• Ensure that only decision ready, well structured issues are escalated to senior management.
