Candidate Profile

1.Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 5-8+ years in mechanical design of sockets/connectors (stamping, molding, plating, assembly).

2.Proficient in 3D CAD (Creo/Spaceclaim), GD&T, and basic FEA (Ansys).Familiarity with raw materials, industry standards, quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma, DOE, 8D

3.Strong knowledge of material selection, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, DFM, and product qualification.

4.fluent English for global collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

1.Lead product development of sockets, high-speed connectors, and cable assemblies 

2.Execute full technical documentation (drawings, specifications, change notices) and ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.

3.Translate customer VOC into design concepts, specifications, and feasibility studies; perform simulations, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and prototype validation.
