【Candidate Profile】

- Relevant experience in FMCG company or agency, with ability to lead and execute consumer activations across mass media, digital, social, and trade channels.

- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners.

- Strategic thinking with attention to detail and strong execution mindset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in Mandarin and English.

【Responsibilities】

1. PERFORMANCE TRACKING:

- Analyze monthly sales performance by brand, channel, and product with internal shipment data and Nielsen data.

- Analyze competitor performance and investment to identify key business issues and growth opportunities for big bets.

- Review quarterly ATL and campaign investments to evaluate effectiveness and provide recommendations.

2. BIG BETS PROJECTS:

Join Big Bets projects (multifunctional agile team) to support 360 plans development, manage label design progress, promotions & sampling execution and/or plans performance tracking.

3. ADHOC PROJECT

Join marketing project to drive occasion building PACE execution in Taiwan.

4. Key coordination contact with Bottler Sales & Trade MKT team for routine weekly & monthly / customers' meeting handling

5. Support to execute internal TW marketing team engagement activities.
