Client Description:

Leading global provider of semiconductor test equipment, specializing in automatic test systems for memory and logic devices.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.

2+ years of experience in semiconductor test system support is a plus.

1+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer management roles is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and proactive mindset is a plus.

Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Minimum 3 years of experience working with probers or similar test equipment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Serve as a technical expert to support internal teams and customers with test systems and related equipment.

Analyze technical data to diagnose and resolve complex issues, both remotely and on-site.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.

Manage service agreements and contracts, ensuring commitments are met and service quality is maintained.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices.

Provide field service coverage for designated customer regions, ensuring responsive and proactive support.
