新加坡軌道建設 : Civil Project Engineer(隧道工程)

【Client Description】

You will take a leading role in managing contractors for underground MRT construction projects and enhancement works for existing lines. This position requires extensive on-site involvement to oversee construction progress, safety, and quality compliance.

2. 有外商或是軌道工程/隧道/捷運/公共工程 相關工作經驗2年以上佳，應屆畢業生具豐富實習經驗也可挑戰

3. 具備英文溝通能力(建議Toeic 750以上)，並提供英文履歷

4. 提供初次前往新加坡之安置津貼及機票補助

5. 薪資依照學經歷核薪，區間約 SGD 4000-7000

6. 加班依照法規給予加班費

【Candidate Profile】

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in underground construction, with focus on deep excavation and tunnelling, fresh with relevant intership experience will be considered as well.

3. Hands-on experience in TBM projects, particularly EPB or slurry shield systems.

4. Good understanding of civil and trackwork interface requirements.

5. Proven project management and leadership capabilities.

6. Strong English communication and presentation skills.

7. Analytical, resourceful, and result-oriented team player.

【Responsibilities】

1. Manage contractors for new MRT lines and existing line upgrade projects.

2. Supervise station and tunnel construction in both elevated and underground environments.

3. Ensure safety, quality, progress, and environmental compliance at site.

4. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage communication between teams.

5. Assist in planning and managing contract risks and cashflow.

6. Issue construction instructions and assess variations, payments, and claims.
