JOB PURPOSE
- Support and grow sales of company's solutions on your customer portfolio of feed mills, farms, aquaculture operations, and distributors.
- Build up strong relationships with key company's customer.
- Prospect new customers in line with the sales strategy defined by company's Management.
- Implementation of local trials and technical services.
- This position is based in Ho Chi Minh city office (remote work from home possible based on manager agreement). It requires regular travelling within Vietnam and sometimes abroad.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- P&L Performance
- Achieve the targeted sales objectives in terms of revenue.
- Budget, sales reporting, and analysis
- Assist Commercial Manager Vietnam in the preparation of sales & marketing budget (Budget)
- Reports monthly sales result and/or assists in sales analysis upon request (market key events, competitors’ activity, comment on sales, etc.)
- Reports on the action plan status.
- Weekly report on customers’ visits to Commercial Manager Vietnam.
- Report Opportunities in CRM system + Strategy implementation (Business plan) Quarterly.
- Reports on any unusual situation and follows up on quality claims from customers.
- Inform quality complaints to Commercial Manager Vietnam.
- Technical Sales Development
- Sales Development
- Contribute to the company development and achievement of growth ambitions through pro-active teamwork.
- Actively identify new leads, convert these to opportunities and sales to achieve the budget objectives for the assigned territories and across the entire product portfolio.
- Build up and maintain solid relationships with key customers.
- Proactively share market knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in reviewing the distribution network by selecting and proposing new distributors.
- Attends national exhibition (or even international) exhibitions, conferences & workshops that are related to increasing knowledge on animal productions and to promote company's' product.
- Provide sales forecasts to ensure the good availability of company's' product in Vietnam.
- Ensure timely payment of all account receivables.
- To follow up complaints from customers. Liaison with Commercial Manager Vietnam or South-East Asia Area & Strategic Accounts Manager when required.
- Technical Support
- Assure the technical promotion of company's product to feed mills, farms, aquaculture operations, and distributors in Vietnam.
- Ensure long-term value creation and consolidate the company image by building and maintaining a strong network with key influencers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop your technical skills and expertise to ensure a competitive edge in applied animal health & nutrition, aquaculture.
- Work closely with transversal Technical Support managers, to handle customer technical enquiries and organize intervention to provide technical assistance to customers when necessary.
- Participate in implementing and following up field trials.
- Participate in the adaptation of company's marketing tool to Vietnam market and client needs.
- Support events organization (seminars, exhibitions, etc.)
- Competitive and market intelligence reporting: updates on competitors’ products list & prices collects products samples when required.
- Sales Development
- Distribution networks
- To accomplish yearly objectives and action plans (market coverage, sales objectives, promotional activities, new product development, etc.) with distributors, reporting progress on a quarterly basis.
- To provide distributors with continuous technical, commercial, and marketing support. Organize training as and when required. Seek assistance from Technical Sales Support (in agreement with the Commercial Manager Vietnam), as and when required.

REQUIREMENT
- Experience
- Animal production or veterinarian or Aquaculture degree with at least 5 years’ experience in feed industry (Livestock and Aqua).
- Good practical experience in nutrition or management or aqua is a must.
- Skill
- You have a good understanding of key customers’ needs how to support by creating and delivering an added value proposal to our customer.
- Good written and communications skills in English are essential.
- Knowledge of computer tools and pack office (word, excel, power point).
- Strong communication skills, adaptable, open-minded and customer-satisfaction oriented.
- Self-motivation and self-management abilities are expected. Vietnamese and located in HCMC.
