Sr. EHS Engineer

Adecco's client - a leading electronics manufacturing company specializing in high-quality, sustainable production for global customers is looking for a Sr. EHS Engineer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5–6 years’ experience in EHS roles within manufacturing (electronics preferred).
• Strong knowledge of machine safety, LOTO, lifting operations, chemical control, and ESG.
• Skilled in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and EHS data reporting.
• Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
• EHS certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.) are an advantage.

• Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and company standards.
• Develop, implement, and update EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Lead emergency response and waste management programs.
• Monitor EHS performance, support ISO/customer audits, and drive continuous improvement.
