Senior Business Analyst

Adecco's client is an FDI company about logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Logistics operations (Warehouse, Forwarding) for applying automation (RPA) and developing dashboards (Power BI) to enable data-driven decision-making
• Act as a bridge between Business stakeholders (Logistics/Production/Sales) and Technical teams, ensuring smooth execution of short-term transformation projects (RPA, Dashboard)

Details:

• Collaborate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to gather and document business requirements
• Conduct process analysis to identify automation (RPA) & dashboards (Power BI) opportunities
• Work with IT and vendor teams to implement automation solutions (RPA, API...)
• Communicate between Business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment
• Support UAT, validate data accuracy, and monitor solutions performance post-deployment

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s
• 3+ years' experience in Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Experience in logistics or supply chain file
• Strong knowledge of process automation tools (e.g.: Power Automate, ERP, n8n, API..)
• Proficiency in dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau...)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• English: Conversational Level
