ABOUT OUR CLIENT
- Our client is a leading ICT company with strong business operations in Vietnam. The team in Hanoi is expanding and looking for a Sales Management Specialist who can support frontline sales activities, streamline processes, and ensure smooth collaboration across business functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run and monitor the full sales process from project registration to contract review, order processing, delivery and payment tracking.
- Keep all internal, compliance and trade control requirements in check.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to remove process bottlenecks.
- Maintain data accuracy across customer, project and contract records.
- Produce sales reports on funnel, forecasts and performance, then run multi-dimensional business analysis.
- Track KPIs, spot risks and opportunities.
- Handle sales meeting logistics, take minutes and follow up action items.
- Manage sales documents, archives and contract administration.
- Support budget tracking for the sales team.
- Interpret and communicate sales policies and incentive programs.
- Act as key user for sales systems, provide training and improve data quality.
- Bridge Sales with Finance, Legal, HR, Product and Solution teams to support business demands.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- Bachelor degree in the fields of Chinese Language, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, ICT, etc.
- Experience
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales management, commercial affairs, or data analysis within a large enterprise. Experience in the ICT industry or a ToB (Business-to-Business) environment is preferred.
- Skills
- Knowledge of ICT / sales management in Viet Nam market is an advantage
- Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure. Logical Thinking, Patient and High responsibility
- Fluent Chinese & English
