Production Manager

Our client is a global footwear manufacturer.

• Manage daily production operations including cutting, stitching, assembly, and finishing processes.
• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and delivery targets.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, machines, and capacity.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and production KPIs; implement improvement actions when required.
• Work closely with IE, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Handle production issues, line balancing, bottlenecks, and urgent order changes.
• Lead, train, and develop supervisors and production staff to build a strong and stable team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, cost reduction, productivity improvement).
• Prepare production reports for factory management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of shoe production processes, materials, and machinery.
• Proven experience in managing large production teams.
• Good understanding of productivity improvement, line balancing, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• English communication skills are preferred.
