Adecco client is a leading multinational company in building materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Design and execute annual and campaign-based integrated marketing plans for assigned portfolio/brands, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and overall business growth targets.
    • Take ownership of brand performance and health in the market, including driving volume expansion, market share improvement, and sustainable profitability.
  • Brand Management:
    • Oversee all brand and trade marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility, stimulate purchase consideration, and convert demand into sales.
    • Evaluate brand results and market dynamics, taking into account macroeconomic factors and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities, customer gaps, and key business challenges, then propose appropriate action plans.
    • Manage marketing expenditure to ensure activities stay within approved budgets while maximizing return on investment.
    • Collaborate closely with internal support teams to ensure effective execution and timely achievement of business objectives.
  • Product Management:
    • Coordinate with Regional teams to develop new products that meet customer expectations, covering concept development, packaging localization, and pricing approach.
    • Partner with relevant stakeholders such as Regional Marketing, R&D/I, QA, Customer Service, and Integrated Supply Chain to successfully launch and commercialize new products.
    • Track the quality performance of the existing portfolio and initiate corrective actions when issues arise.
  • Other:
    • Assist the Head of Brand in implementing new initiatives and handling ad-hoc projects across the business to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Experience
    • At least 03-year experience working in same position in multi-national company.
    • Has knowledge of B2B product marketing is a must. Experienced in project segmentation of material building industry is preferred
    • Strong experience in Brand & Product management.
